Hi Kuldip,
 
My dad said you were very honest with him, it means a lot to me knowing there was someone on his side wanting to sell his property for what it was worth & not just trying to sell it quickly at the lowest price possible. Not only did you sell it at a higher price but it was sold within 3 days.
 
Elley was dealing with an agent last summer and they gave her the run around, if I remember correctly, they were not organized at all & Elley's mother being an elderly person, they really had no regards or respect. I'm sure she has told you the story.
 
Elley-Ray is a very good friend and I know she had to have the best. What you did for my dad meant the world to me and on many occasions he referred to you as the best and liked how you were honest.

Dear Kuldip,
 
Maxine Verey recommended you to me when I asked her who she had used  to sell  one condo  and buy another.  I was looking at the same situation and wanted someone who knew the local area.
 
It turned out you sold my condominium very quickly, about a week with a closing date of about 6 weeks hence. We had our work cut out for us to find somewhere suitable in short order. However, you were able to find through diligent and constant looking, a new condo which more than adequately met all my criteria.
 
I wanted to say how much I appreciate all the effort you put into my sale and purchase of these condominiums. I also wanted  to say how glad  I was you didn't waste my time, or yours, showing me properties that wouldn’t meet my expectations or suit my needs.  I know how difficult and restricting it was to find a building which allowed dogs for instance.
 
To sum up, I think you listened to me, your client and made mental notes of all my likes and dislikes and showed me properties accordingly.
